Jonathan M. Brown
Jonathan Brown has practiced in civil litigation and bankruptcy since 1998 after graduating from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. In addition to these primary practice areas, he also experience in both family and criminal law.
His current practice includes the representation of individuals and businesses in the bankruptcy court and litigation involving debt collection and secured transactions. He offers flexible fee arrangements tailored to meet each individual client’s needs, including contingent fee agreements for litigating adversary proceedings against creditors for violations of the discharge injunction and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
